I truly believe that as a Realtor, it is the best opportunity in the world. Its really not a job, its more of a lifestyle. Helping people with the largest transaction in their lifetime, to that moment, brings those committed in our profession a sense of profound joy that is really not found in many other professions.
If you want to be a Realtor, go work for someone else first, see what it is like to work for someone else, then re-direct your energy and efforts into your own business. Its the greatest lifestyle in the world!
