It was really nice working with Chris Rosenburg. I met him through Zillow when I wanted to schedule a house tour. I am really thankful for his level of knowledge and his honesty when we went through the first house. He would point out subtle things that I would have missed but were really important for my decision-making.He was very good at gathering information on any houses that I was interested in. The information was straightforward: He would talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treated the situation like he was purchasing the property.When I found my dream home, there were already offers on the house. Chris helped me figure out the best way to position our offer and sweeten the deal to give me the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over others.His knowledge of the market, promptness, kindness and good energy made the purchase procedure simple. I was very happy with the service I received from Chris Rosenburg. I've already recommended him to my family members who are looking to buy a home.

My family's experience with Mr. Rosenburg made moving from California to Illinois much easier. His dedication and patience to find us just the right home was amazing. We gave him the specifics on a home that we wanted, and were contacted quickly with listings that met or exceeded the criteria within our budget. Not knowing much about the area we were moving to, Mr. Rosenburg was able to give us information on different parts of Chicagoland because he has lived in the area most of his life. He also, as stated above, was very patient and thorough by taking the time to show us many different listings upon our request in a timely manner. My family didn't just find a trustworthy real estate broker, but a hardworking and polite man committed to his client’s satisfaction.

Chris was more than just a real estate agent, he was a time and money saver. We looked at a quite a few houses during the buying rush of 2021 and pointed out numerous problems that could turn into money pits in quite a few of the houses we looked at that to an untrained eye would go unnoticed.

Chris called me and did a very good evaluation of what I need, what my goal is and am I at a stage to achieve it. He was very good in asking questions and learning about me as a potential client. At this point I am happy I met him.

Chris was very involved with my interest of buying the property and he made sure that the transition went pretty smooth Anytime I had any questions Chris had been so prompt to answer them Chris knows that I'm looking for a garage space at the same location and he is very active in informing me

Chris was very helpful in helping me find a great house that fit in my budget.It took a bunch of negotiation and hard work on his part but I finally got the house I wanted. I really appreciate his hard work and recommend him highly!

Chris was extremely helpful in the purchase of my condominium. Thanks to Chris I was able to purchase a home which gave me instant equity at the stroke of the pen. The seller was extremely difficult to deal with and Chris worked with me and the selling broker to get the best deal in a home I was very happy with. I would recommend Chris to anyone, through the process I felt he had my best interest in minds and always wanted what would benefit me the best.

Chris Rosenberg is the best agent you can get! I bought my very first home with him; I was so nervous and very unsure about everything, he is kind, thoughtful, patient, professional, helpful, diligent and a great listener for what I needed.
