For this reason, I bring a unique combination of knowledge and expertise in both domains to the table. Throughout these years, I got a firm grasp of the inner mechanisms of the local real estate markets.

39 years in real estate and 28 years as a general contractor taught me how to immediately identify and address property-related issues.

What motivated me to join the real estate business?

I can’t pinpoint the exact date when my love for home deals first emerged, but it was in my early childhood while working with my Dad. Suffice it to say that I purchased my first flip at the age of nineteen, entirely on my own. It goes without saying buying, selling, and flipping real estate still drives me. To this moment, I flipped over seventy houses. Moreover, I’ve built 26 new construction homes!

The local community is my second family.

I cherish and sustain my fantastic local community. I owe much of my success to the local folks’ trust and support. Now, I want to give back some of the love I received over the years. For this purpose, I nurture my community ties by joining the Chamber of Commerce, City Leadership Training, and Citizens’ Academy. Reia clubs, and Subto community.

Do we share the same hobbies?

For me, beaches are one of the most gorgeous places on Earth to recharge my batteries. I love strolling on sandy beaches with my wife and being lost in awe of sunsets. I adore cruises, traveling, and exploring new places under the radar. Since I am an ardent community supporter, I love attending local events. Furthermore, car shows and builder showcases genuinely fascinate me. 

Then, I can’t deny that walking and exploring new properties draws me even in my spare time. Nothing can beat a good deal!
