Definition of "Is Fairfax VA safe?"

Fairfax city is located in northern Virginia, and even though it is well placed inside the borders of Fairfax county, it is an independent city. Fairfax city is part of the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria metropolitan area and it is a prosperous and fast-growing city.
